Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Nurse

Accura HealthCare of Tekamah, a 46-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Tekamah, Nebraska, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership and direct the operations of the nursing team. In this role, you will lead the clinical team assigned to one or more units, promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents and team members, and ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, or PRN positions available
• Day shift: 6am-6pm
• Rotating weekends required
• Shift differential available

Compensation

• $32 – $46 per hour

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, or ability to obtain a state-specific license
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in long-term care facilities
• Capability to perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in Long Term Care (LTC)
