Registered Nurse (RN) - Assistant Living

This position is a Registered Nurse role in an assisted living community, providing direct nursing care and support to residents. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care and maintain comprehensive documentation of all resident interactions and care provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate written and verbal documentation to ensure quality care standards
• Interact with residents' physicians, pharmacists, and other medical personnel as needed to coordinate care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to their individualized Resident Care Plan, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility support
• Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
