Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Join Essentia Health's Medical-Surgical unit at Holy Trinity Hospital as a Registered Nurse providing acute care to a diverse patient population. Clinical Setting

You will work on a Medical-Surgical unit within an integrated health system serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. The department emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and a culture where nurses feel safe asking questions while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide direct patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions
• Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health
• Meet requirements of The Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in the state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year of hire

Schedule

• Part-time position (0.6 FTE)
• Flexible day, evening, and night shift rotation
• Shift times vary
• No weekend requirement
• No holiday requirement
• No call obligation

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $38.22 - $57.33
• Hiring incentive eligible: up to $7,500 (ADN) or up to $10,000 (BSN) for qualified candidates
