Registered Nurse ( RN ) 7PM - 7AM

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will work the night shift (7PM - 7AM) and play a key role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Clinical Setting

This position serves residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility, with a focus on geriatric and post-acute care populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Patient-focused approach to care

Schedule

• Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts
• 7PM - 7AM
• Every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $32.65–$42.85/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
