Registered Nurse ( RN ) 7AM - 7PM

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will assess and monitor residents' health conditions, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop individualized care plans, and supervise nursing assistants. This role offers an excellent schedule with 12-hour shifts, every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and competitive compensation.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility, providing patient-centered care to residents with a focus on geriatric and rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Patient-focused approach to care

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $32.65–$42.85 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $15,000
