Springdale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. You will work the evening shift (3pm-11pm) as part of a collaborative clinical team, delivering patient-centered care, managing rehabilitation plans, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
Clinical Setting
This is a full-time position in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility serving geriatric residents.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Pay Range: $31.00-$40.30/hour (based on experience)
