Randolph Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Special Procedures department. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in an acute care setting, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and responsibility in all aspects of your work.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect care to patients in the acute care setting
- Determine priorities of care based on patients' physical and psychosocial needs
- Communicate with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers about changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic study results
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
- Perform general nursing duties across all departments with appropriate supervision
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Current BCLS certification
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
