Registered Nurse - Pool RN III B- Med/Surg/Tele & Critical Care - FT/Day

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Pool RN III B to work across multiple clinical units in a full-time, day shift position. This role offers the flexibility and variety of a pool nursing position with rotation through critical care, telemetry, and medical-surgical units, along with premium pay on top of base salary.

Clinical Setting

As a Pool RN III B, you will rotate through the following units based on assignment:

• Critical Care Pool: ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery, and Emergency Department
• Telemetry Pool: A4, A6 Recovery, A7, C2, C4
• Medical-Surgical Pool: B3, B4, C3 (Adult), D4, D5, D6, and Rehab

This rotation model ensures you maintain and expand competency across multiple clinical areas while providing flexibility in your work environment.

Schedule

• Full-time, day shift position
• Two holidays per year
• Every third weekend off
• Significant shift differentials
• Eligible for premium pay

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of previous critical care experience
