Sollis Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide concierge emergency and urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in our clinics under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Care Provider. This is a per diem position working 9am-5pm with a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
Clinical Setting
Sollis Health operates as a medical membership providing on-demand 24/7 care with locations in Manhattan, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, South Florida, and San Francisco. You will work in a modern, high-end clinic environment with access to on-site labs and imaging.
Responsibilities
- Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, and intake information; prioritize patient care
- Perform clinical procedures including IV access, phlebotomy, vaccine administration, point-of-care rapid testing, IV medication and fluid administration, and EKG performance
- Serve as an integral part of the patient care team and assist with patient care within the scope of practice
- Document patient information in Sollis' EHR and Salesforce systems
- Maintain and track medication inventory
- Coordinate additional care with Aftercare, house calls teams, and Medical Partners
- Work collaboratively with clinical team members to ensure policy adherence and quality care delivery
- Communicate with patients in a patient-centered, empathetic manner, answering questions professionally and patiently
- Participate in house calls if requested
- Perform related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior emergency or urgent care experience

- Proficiency with phlebotomy and peripheral IV placement

- Ability to learn and use multiple systems including Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fluid environment

- Problem-solving ability and creative thinking
- Comfort interfacing with high-profile clientele
Schedule
Per diem position: 9am-5pm, minimum 2 shifts per month
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $63-$70/hr (Long Island candidates; rates may vary by location and are dependent on experience, years in specialty, location, and education)
