Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy in Estero is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver wellness and preventive health services in a non-traditional clinical setting. You will administer intravenous therapy, intramuscular injections, hyperbaric oxygen treatments, and allergy testing to clients who are actively pursuing health and wellness goals. Clinical Setting

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy provides whole body and localized cryotherapy, IV services, hyperbaric therapy, allergy testing and treatment, and blood testing and diagnostic services. The organization works directly with professional sports teams and top health and wellness organizations. Clients are typically active individuals proactively managing their health.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nursing assessment and evaluation according to Restore Hyperwellness medical and nursing protocols
  • Administer intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections using prescribed formulas of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
  • Administer mild hyperbaric oxygen treatments
  • Perform skin testing and transdermal immunotherapy
  • Document client visits and therapies in electronic medical records
  • Address and answer client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide under provider and nursing director supervision
  • Communicate any issues or adverse events to the nursing team
  • Provide therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, and teamwork in all aspects of work
  • Maintain current knowledge to provide high-quality, competitive, and kind nursing care
  • Assist staff with other store services
  • Support the Lead Nurse with essential store functions during standard operating hours and special on-site or off-site events
  • Participate in off-site nursing events and special projects
  • Participate in periodic and mandatory nursing evaluations
  • Perform other related functions as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, OR, or similar)
  • One year of experience administering injections
  • High comfort level using a computer to document in electronic medical records
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective
