Pacifica Infusion Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Clinical Liaison and Business Development role based in Palmdale, California. This full-time position offers an alternative career path for nurses seeking to transition from bedside clinical work into a field-based sales and relationship-building role. You will leverage your clinical expertise and nursing credentials to build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and clinical staff, educate healthcare providers about infusion services and therapies, and serve as a clinical resource for referring offices.

This is a territory-based role where you will identify high-potential referral sources, manage your own outreach pipeline, and track activity using CRM and prospecting tools. You will work with specialists across neurology, rheumatology, allergy/immunology, gastroenterology, and related specialties. No prior sales experience is required; the company provides structured training in consultative, SPIN-based selling designed for clinicians.

Clinical Setting

Pacifica Infusion Services is a specialty and home infusion pharmacy serving patients across the Antelope Valley and California. The company provides physician-prescribed infusion therapies including IVIG, biologics, and specialty medications delivered in home and ambulatory infusion suite settings.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and clinical staff across target specialties
  • Educate referral sources on infusion capabilities, therapies, and patient experience
  • Identify high-potential referral sources, plan outreach strategy, and manage referral pipeline from initial contact through active referral
  • Serve as a clinical resource for referring offices, answering questions about therapies, site-of-care options, and the referral process
  • Track and report on activity and outcomes using CRM and prospecting tools

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted California RN license or eligibility to obtain
  • Clinical nursing experience (infusion, home health, oncology, neurology, or specialty pharmacy experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust quickly
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule in a field-based role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
  • Comfort with computer-based documentation and AI tools
  • Coachable and genuinely interested in learning consultative selling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Infusion, home health, oncology, neurology, or specialty pharmacy experience

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000
  • Uncapped commission (earning potential up to $300,000 per year possible)

Schedule and Travel
