Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - RN / LPN

Rennes is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team in a long-term care setting. You will demonstrate proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contribute to nursing assessments, develop nursing care plans, and participate in the evaluation of resident care.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN or LPN license for the state of Wisconsin
• Understanding and ability to comply with federal and state rules and regulations as they apply to nursing homes and the Nurse Practice Act
