Registered Nurse Operating Room (RN) – Full-Time

This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a collaborative operating room environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a key member of the patient care team, working to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while promoting positive outcomes. You will serve as an essential link between patients, families, providers, and staff to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions
• Assist with care plans and prioritize daily patient flow
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns and providing education
• Communicate vital information to families and care teams
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives supporting organizational goals for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Instructor certifications as required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
