Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions
- Assist with care plans and prioritize daily patient flow
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns and providing education
- Communicate vital information to families and care teams

Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact)
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Instructor certifications as required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
