Registered Nurse Operating Room II, Pool - CTVSA OBL JVC

SCA Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room II Pool position. This is a perioperative nursing role supporting surgical procedures in an ambulatory surgical center setting. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care throughout the surgical episode.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA Health
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care
• Develop individualized perioperative patient plans of care
• Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment or current certification documentation
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment or current certification documentation
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of employment or current certification documentation (required when pediatric care is included in facility scope of services)

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of operating room and/or medical/surgical nursing experience
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing

Compensation

• Minimum: $34.00/hour
• Maximum: $39.00/hour
