Job Description

This on-call Registered Nurse position serves individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in a community-based or residential setting. You will provide person-centered nursing care with small, manageable caseloads while coordinating medical care, appointments, and follow-up for the individuals you support.

Required Qualifications

Active New York State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Valid New York State driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in I/DD, residential, or community-based nursing
Associate degree or higher
