Baystate Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Observation Unit. This role provides inpatient care to observation patients admitted from the Emergency Department for short stays of 24 hours or less. You will care for a diverse patient population with diagnoses including chest pain, asthma, syncope, anemia, back pain, DVT, heart failure, and others.
Schedule
- Part-time, day shift: 7 AM to 7 PM
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Location: Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $41.82 to $66.30 per hour (minimum to maximum)
