Registered Nurse - New Nurse Graduate (Licensed RN with less than 9 months experience)

CaroMont Health is seeking Registered Nurses who are new graduates with less than 9 months of experience to join our hospital nursing team. In this role, you will provide direct, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients while collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. You will perform all duties in accordance with hospital policies and guidelines, and supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel as needed.

This position is part of CaroMont Health's Workforce Transition Program, designed to support nurses early in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Render high-quality, reliable nursing care to assigned patients
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Perform all activities in accordance with approved hospital policies and procedures
• Supervise and delegate appropriate duties to ancillary personnel

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state compact license)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Less than 9 months of nursing experience
• Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
