Registered Nurse New Graduate (RN) - Rehab

This position provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned based on matching patient needs with nurse competencies. You will complete established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates to begin their nursing career in a rehabilitation setting, with potential eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
• Match patient needs with appropriate nursing competencies
• Complete position-specific competencies during the introductory period
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
• Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on hire (ARC or AHA); must obtain AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Two years of acute care experience

• Minimal supervision provided during patient care delivery
