The opportunity

Job Description

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate registered nurse to begin your nursing career in a neuro specialty setting. You will provide direct nursing care to an assigned group of patients, matching patient needs with your clinical competencies under minimal supervision. During your introductory period, you will complete all established competencies required for the position.

This role may qualify for a sign-on bonus.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on hire (ARC or AHA); must obtain AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire
AHA ACLS certification must be completed within 60 days of hire (should be completed before the end of the orientation period)
