Registered Nurse - New Graduate

Randolph Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - New Graduate to provide direct and indirect care in the acute care setting. In this role, you will work across medical and pediatric services, delivering patient-centered care that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting
• Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs
• Communicate with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers about changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic study results
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
• Perform general nursing duties across all departments with appropriate supervision

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Additional language proficiency
