Join UNC Health Blue Ridge as a Registered Nurse New Graduate and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care. This position is designed specifically for nurses transitioning from academic preparation to professional practice.
All new graduate RNs participate in the Nurse Residency Program, a year-long structured program designed to support your transition from academia to professional nursing practice.
Required Qualifications
