Responsibilities

  • Complete accurate documentation under direct RN supervision
  • Observe and discuss with the RN the prioritization of patient needs and the development of the interdisciplinary plan of care
  • Observe the implementation of patient care plans, considering specialized needs including physical, emotional, and social factors
  • Report patient responses to treatments and collaborate with the RN regarding necessary modifications to nursing interventions
  • Participate in patient and family education under RN supervision as determined by assessments and patient needs
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for patient care delivery within your defined role under direct RN supervision

  • Achieve RN licensure in a timely manner and complete all orientation, training, and Nursing Residency program requirements

You may then apply for other open positions you qualify for, including positions requiring certifications you currently hold such as CNA. Failure to pass the State Board exam or to be hired into another position will result in termination.
