Registered Nurse, New Graduate

BAYADA's Greenville Skilled Nursing Office is hiring newly graduated Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes. This is a paid new graduate residency program—the only accredited new graduate residency program in home care recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). You will work with clients of all ages and diagnoses across varying acuity levels, gaining experience and confidence under the mentorship of Clinical Managers.

Clinical Setting

You will provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes, traveling to one client location per day near your base office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client location near you
• Execute and properly document physicians' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Work with autonomy in the client's home environment

Required Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the United States
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by school transcript or diploma)
• CPR certification in good standing

Schedule and Compensation

• Flexible scheduling

• Graduated pay scale during nurse residency program: $27–$29 per hour

Program Details

BAYADA is currently hiring new nurses for cohorts starting in October, November, and December. Clinical Managers work closely with each new nurse to ensure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills.
