Registered Nurse /LPN

Join our nursing team to provide direct patient care in a resident-focused setting. As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive nursing services, manage patient treatments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and consultants to ensure quality resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including treatments and medication administration
• Plan and monitor resident care in coordination with the healthcare team
• Work with consultants and implement care changes as necessary
• Participate in physician rounds and consult on patient care decisions
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the documentation system
• Perform other duties as assigned
