Registered Nurse (Long Term Care)

Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in our long-term care facility in North Riverside, Illinois. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support the health, well-being, and quality of life of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management, administration, and documentation
• Conduct vital signs and monitor resident health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
