Ellicott City Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a leadership role providing exceptional nursing care to residents while mentoring and guiding other nursing staff members. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, conduct resident assessments, and educate families on care and treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring resident conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct regular resident assessments and update care plans as needed
  • Mentor and guide other nursing staff members, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland
