Registered Nurse- IV Infusion and Wellness

Relive Health Malvern is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy, therapeutic injections, and hormone replacement therapy in a wellness and longevity optimization setting. This role combines clinical nursing skills with patient education in a personalized, proactive healthcare environment focused on helping patients optimize their health and performance.

Clinical Setting

Relive Health Malvern provides personalized wellness, longevity, and performance optimization services. The practice takes a patient-centered approach to care, addressing everything from fatigue management to age optimization therapies.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy and therapeutic injections to patients
• Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, and maintain peripheral IV lines
• Perform infusions and monitor patient status throughout the entire infusion process
• Manage adverse reactions as necessary
• Perform blood draws according to lab requirements
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, infection control techniques, and universal precautions
• Follow all state and nursing guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with medical team members before and after therapy and participate in shared decision-making
• Accurately use online booking systems
• Assist with patient callbacks and answer questions as needed
• Provide documentation to the administration team for EHR submission
• Prepare and track inventory; maintain adequate clinical supplies
• Maintain current nursing education and knowledge of the science supporting IV infusions
• Complete other tasks within the scope of licensure for registered nurses in Pennsylvania
• Represent the Relive Health brand with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within the scope of licensure
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client confidentiality and discretion
