Registered Nurse, Inpatient Operating Room (Full-time 4/10hr days)

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Operating Room. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art surgical facility serving the Seacoast region. The operating room comprises 4 rooms where you will assist and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures including plastic and reconstructive, ENT, vascular, general, laparoscopic, orthopedic, urology, and OB/GYN surgeries.

Schedule

• 4 ten-hour shifts per week: 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
• On-call requirement currently every 4th weekend (no weekday call)
• Holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Assist and circulate for all types of surgeries performed in the department
• Demonstrate necessary skill and competencies required for diverse surgical procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team in a supportive, team-focused environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license from New Hampshire or any other compact state
• BCLS certification or certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• CNOR certification within 18 months or when certification criteria are met
• One year of prior operating room experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay range: $35.00 to $63.15 per hour
• Actual compensation determined based on seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography, job responsibilities, and other applicable factors
• Compensation may exceed base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices
