ART 7 West is a specialized 23-bed adult inpatient unit dedicated to the care of patients receiving cellular therapies, including bone marrow transplant, CAR-T, TIL therapy, and other advanced hematologic treatments, as well as those being treated for malignant hematology conditions. As a Registered Nurse I (New Graduate), you will assist at the advanced beginner level in providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients and families utilizing principles and practices of the nursing process. You will interact with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes.
The nursing team on ART 7 West expertly manages patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transplantation, and those enrolled in clinical trials, providing close monitoring and personalized care throughout their complex treatment journeys. All nurses complete the National Cancer Institute Collaborative Systemic Therapies Course within their first year to achieve chemotherapy competency.
