Registered Nurse - Home Health, Oakridge, TN

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services to patients in Oakridge, Tennessee. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care in clients' homes, building one-on-one relationships while supporting their health, quality of life, and peace of mind.

Clinical Setting

• In-home healthcare services
• One-on-one patient care in clients' homes

Schedule

• You create your own schedule
• Flexibility to attend school, travel, volunteer, or spend time with family and friends

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent
• New graduate nurses will be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services
• Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients
