Registered Nurse Home Health - FT 7x7

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. In this role, you will administer skilled nursing care according to physician orders and established plans of care, educate patients and families about their care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient outcomes in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement patient care plans in accordance with physician orders
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about care and treatment
• Perform clinical assessments and document care provided
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current state RN license
• Minimum one year of experience as a licensed professional nurse
• Valid state driver's license
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Dependable transportation in good working condition
• Ability to safely drive in all types of weather conditions
• Current CPR certification for healthcare providers
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device

Preferred Qualifications

• Medicare home health or hospice experience

Schedule

• Full-time, 7 days per week availability
