Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager

AdvisaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Home Health Clinical Manager in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this full-time role, you will lead the clinical team, oversee staff education and training, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest standard of care for patients receiving services in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinical team, providing guidance and support
• Coordinate and conduct staff education and onboarding programs
• Monitor clinical visits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Perform regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse License
• Valid CPR certification
• Up-to-date TB test
• Clear criminal background check and drug screening
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation with a valid Michigan Driver's License and auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home health care experience
