Registered Nurse, Home Health 10k Sign On Bonus (Eligible)

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. You will work with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient recovery and independence. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the patient's physician and Clinical Manager
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals
• Oversee the work of Home Health Aides and monitor their appropriate completion of documentation

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Medical-surgical, ICU, ER, or acute care experience
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience
• Home Health experience

Schedule and Compensation

• 40 hours per week
• Pay per visit/unit rate: $54.00 - $75.00
• Annual salary range: $84,900 - $116,800 (based on 40 hours per week; varies by geographic location and individual qualifications)
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (eligible candidates)

Additional Requirements

• This role is patient-facing and part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• This role is part of Humana's driver safety program. You must maintain a valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with your state's minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event/$10,000 for property damage, whichever is higher.
