Registered Nurse

Golfcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a long-term care, nursing home, and rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver exceptional care to residents and patients, with a focus on geriatric populations. You will lead and manage nursing personnel while developing individualized care plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nursing personnel to provide exceptional care to patients and residents
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and residents
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients and residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform various medical procedures and treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient and resident care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program
• Completion of orientation required by company policy
• Clearance from criminal background check

Work Location

• In-person position in Houston, TX
