Registered Nurse Full Time Nights 7p-7a Pediatrics Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7p-7a) in the Pediatrics department. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with various injuries, illnesses, and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports
• Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
• Record patient vital signs and medical information
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Schedule

• Full-time nights: 7p-7a

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with 1-2 years of pediatric experience
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (ASN graduates must complete their BSN studies within five years of start date)
• Master's degree in nursing or related field
• 1+ year of experience in nursing or relevant area
• ACLS and PALS certification
