Registered Nurse Full Time Days

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa is opening in February 2025 and seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts. This new facility features 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehabilitation therapy gyms equipped with cutting-edge technology. You will provide direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers
• Participate in the discharge planning process

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online certification is not acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
