Registered Nurse, Full-Time Days, 7a-7p, Operating Room, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Operating Room with a day shift schedule of 7a-7p. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, and support surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports
• Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members
• Record patient vital signs and medical information
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (ASN graduates must complete their BSN studies within five years of their start date)
• Master's degree in nursing or related field
• One or more years of experience in nursing or relevant area
• ACLS certification
