Registered Nurse - FT Nights

Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the night shift. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff, communicate changes in patient clinical condition to physicians and nursing leadership, and participate in discharge planning.

Schedule

• Full-time, night shift position

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co-workers
• Participate in discharge planning processes
• Apply the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online certification is not acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential

Compensation and Benefits

• $10,000 sign-on bonus
