Registered Nurse / Day Shift

NHC Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our senior care team. This full-time position offers flexibility in scheduling with the option of 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, and provides the opportunity to deliver compassionate care to our geriatric patient population in a supportive, family-oriented work environment.

Clinical Setting

NHC Springfield is a senior care facility located at 608 E 8th Ave, Springfield, TN 37172. The organization has been a leader in senior care for 50 years and emphasizes a culture of recognition, empowerment, and partnership among employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing patient care
• Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient care needs effectively
• Adhere to current nursing standards of practice and regulations
• Foster continuous quality improvement with problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate compassion, positivity, and teamwork in all aspects of care

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts available
• Flexible scheduling options, including block scheduling for added stability
• Full-time position

Compensation

• Up to $45 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials
• Additional earning potential with overtime bonuses

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license (Graduate Nurses and Graduate Practical Nurses also welcome)
