Registered Nurse Day Shift 6am-6pm

Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day shift position (6am-6pm) at our skilled nursing facility in Vancouver, WA. You will provide direct patient care to a diverse population including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-acute recovery patients, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents across multiple care levels
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Conduct routine assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient conditions, identify potential problems, and report changes to nursing staff and physicians
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Commitment to providing compassionate and individualized patient care

• Day shift: 6am-6pm
