Registered Nurse Baylor Home Health FRI/SAT/SUN With Benefits

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health services working a Baylor schedule (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). In this role, you will support patient recovery and enable patients to remain safely in their homes while spending quality time with loved ones and engaging in activities they enjoy. You will empower patients and families to reach their healthcare goals through education on disease management and case management, while providing clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team.

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Baylor shift structure

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Current driver's license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health nursing experience
