Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Training Provided Candidate

LaserAway is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic dermatology treatments in a high-volume clinic setting. You will own each patient's complete clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. Working alongside Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors, you will provide seamless, individualized care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Conduct initial skin assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide follow-up care and monitor long-term treatment results
• Document patient care accurately using LaserAway's custom EMR system
• Treat 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to deliver coordinated patient care
• Stay current with newly available FDA-cleared aesthetic technologies

Clinical Setting

LaserAway specializes in advanced, non-surgical aesthetic dermatology treatments. You will work in a high-volume clinic environment with access to cutting-edge technology and a custom EMR designed to streamline charting and keep focus on patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time position with 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts
• No overnight shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Scheduling flexibility available to balance clinical volume with your lifestyle
• Ability to work at up to 3 assigned locations

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, unencumbered RN license (state-issued)
• Weekend availability
• Ability to work comfortably in a high-volume clinic environment
• Professional and dependable demeanor with patient-centered focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or aesthetic practice experience

Compensation

• Base pay: $60 per hour
• Weekend differential: $5 per hour
