Register Nurse (RN / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Ocala Oaks is hiring full-time and part-time registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) for the night shift (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM). You will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center
• Administer medications
• Change wound dressings and provide other treatment options
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Supervise LPNs and certified nursing assistants (RN position with appropriate supervisory training)

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Night shift: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Shift work may be required

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk, and hear
• Occasionally assist to lift and/or transfer patients weighing between 100 to 250 pounds
• Occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)
• RN licensure in the state of practice or NLC required
• Current CPR certification

Registered Nurse (RN) Compensation

• $33.50 - $38.50 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
• Active CPR certification

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Compensation

• $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
