Recruiter WFH (Contract) - (Nurse Extern/ Campus Recruitment) (GCD)

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support new graduate and campus nursing recruitment for the Gulf Coast Division in Corpus Christi, Texas. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting new graduate registered nurses for permanent clinical positions across HCA facilities and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities across the assigned division
• Build pools of passive and active candidates through referrals from the sourcing team and other identified recruitment sources
• Manage 80-100 ongoing requisitions simultaneously while supporting multiple leaders
• Conduct sourcing and recruitment in an efficient, time-sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner
• Provide candidates with information about position requirements, hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing, and community offerings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in high-volume, sales/production sourcing and recruiting in hospital healthcare
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for new graduate registered nurses
• Experience managing 80-100 requisitions ongoing at a time while supporting multiple leaders
• Experience with ATS/CMS systems
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Technologically savvy

Additional Requirements

• Must reside in the Corpus Christi, Texas area
• Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
