Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Serenity Healthcare, the largest and fastest-growing physician-owned interventional psychiatry practice in the US, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Cherry Creek area location in Colorado. This outpatient-only position focuses on providing direct patient care with minimal administrative burden, utilizing evidence-based interventional treatment options including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine infusion therapy.

Clinical Setting

As a physician-owned practice, Serenity Healthcare prioritizes clinical care over administrative tasks. You will work in an outpatient setting with an exceptional 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio, ensuring strong clinical support and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to patients
• Utilize interventional psychiatry treatment modalities including TMS and ketamine infusion therapy
• Manage patient care with focus on clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with the clinical team in a supportive environment

Schedule

• Three 13-hour shifts weekly
• Outpatient only with zero on-call responsibility

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $150,000 plus incentives
• 33 days of paid time off annually

Required Qualifications
