Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Full Time

Serenity Healthcare, a physician-owned and led group operating across 8 states with 36 locations, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient position. This role focuses on providing psychiatric care using evidence-based treatment modalities including medication management, Brainsway Deep TMS, and IV ketamine therapy to achieve optimal patient outcomes and remission rates.

Clinical Setting

This is an outpatient-only practice with no on-call responsibilities. You will work in a supportive clinical environment with an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, providing exceptional clinical and administrative support.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule consisting of three 13-hour shifts per week
• No call duties

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 with incentives
• Realistic total compensation of $300,000 or more

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background check
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
