Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven psychiatric care in a highly supported outpatient setting. This full-time position combines medication management with advanced treatments including Deep TMS and ketamine therapy. You will practice at the top of your license in a collaborative environment designed to prioritize excellent patient care over administrative burden.

Clinical Setting

Serenity Healthcare operates an outpatient-only psychiatric practice founded on the principle that mental health care should extend beyond routine medication management. The practice combines traditional psychopharmacology with innovative treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy, all delivered within a supportive clinical model.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Optionally participate in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience is required; training and support will be provided.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule consisting of three 13-hour shifts weekly. There is no on-call requirement; this is an outpatient-only practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
  • Active state license or willingness to obtain
  • Unencumbered DEA license
  • Clean background check
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Base salary: $150,000 with incentives; realistic total compensation up to $300,000+
