Inspire Counseling Center, a growing private mental health practice serving Chicago's North Shore, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with Full Practice Authority to join our team. This W-2 position offers a flexible daytime schedule with the option to work hybrid, combining in-person care at our Evanston office with telehealth from home.

You will provide thoughtful psychiatric care to a diverse outpatient population including children, adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults. Initial psychiatric evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments for 30 minutes, allowing adequate time for patient care, collaboration, and documentation. Our philosophy emphasizes psychiatric medication as an important tool that works alongside therapy to support meaningful patient progress.

Inspire's experienced administrative team handles new patient inquiries, scheduling, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and marketing, allowing you to focus on patient care. You will have access to consultation and collaboration with established psychiatrists and benefit from our entire psychotherapy team for clinical consultation when appropriate. Many of our medication-management patients also work with therapists at Inspire, providing continuity of care and access to information from their therapy intake and clinical records.
