Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (North Dakota)

This position offers an opportunity to build and grow a psychiatric practice in North Dakota with comprehensive support for practice development, clinical excellence, and operational management.

You will maintain clinical autonomy over all treatment decisions while the organization handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Clinical Setting

You may deliver care through office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid model according to your preference and schedule. You will have access to weekly office hours with the clinical leadership team and peer consultation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
• Maintain complete clinical autonomy over all treatment decisions and prescribing
• Commit a minimum of two days weekly to practice growth and development
• Participate in evidence-based care delivery with personalized treatment approaches
• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team and peer providers

Required Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in North Dakota
• Must reside in North Dakota
• Minimum two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience
