Clinical Setting
You may choose to deliver care through office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid model with your own schedule. The organization provides secure telehealth platforms, scheduling assistance, and patient communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
- Make independent clinical decisions regarding patient care and treatment plans
- Maintain clinical relationships with collaborating physicians
- Participate in peer consultation and clinical team office hours
- Build and manage your ideal patient caseload with support from dedicated coaches
Required Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Minimum two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience
Compensation and Employment
- Up to $200 per hour (pay dependent on session type)
- Part-time, contract position
- Minimum two days weekly commitment required
- Bi-weekly payment for completed sessions
- Guaranteed pay for no-shows regardless of claim status
